Data deletion

Use of MindPair is also described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR). Signed-in users in the EEA or UK can download a copy of their data from Account settings, or request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability through Contact Us.

Signed-in users can delete their MindPair account from Account settings. Deletion requires recent authentication, cancels an active Stripe subscription, removes uploads, deletes associated OpenAI files and vector stores, revokes sessions, and anonymizes remaining application data.

You can also request deletion through the Contact Us form with the subject “MindPair data deletion” and the email on the account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and retain only legally required billing references.
