Data deletion

Signed-in users can delete their MindPair account from Account settings. Deletion requires recent authentication, cancels an active Stripe subscription, removes uploads, deletes associated OpenAI files and vector stores, revokes sessions, and anonymizes remaining application data.

Facebook users who signed in with Facebook Login can also request deletion by emailing ao8992@gmail.com with the subject “MindPair data deletion” and the email on the account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and retain only legally required billing references.
