Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MindPair AI (“MindPair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at https://mindpair.isolah.com/, accounts, paid plans, interviews, uploads, recommendations, PDF reports, and related support.

By visiting the website, creating an account, starting a checkout, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MindPair on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

MindPair is a paid thinking aid. It runs adaptive interviews, optional web research, and structured recommendations so you can work through a decision and leave with a written report.

Features, fair-use limits, and pricing may change as we operate the service. The current public plans are listed on Pricing.

You may browse public pages without an account. To start a session you must create an account with email and password or Google, and complete payment where required. Information you submit must be accurate and lawful. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. You may also use the Contact Us form; submitting a message does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.

You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms. Keep credentials confidential, use a strong password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may revoke sessions or require re-authentication for sensitive actions such as account deletion.

You own the content you submit: goals, role instructions, answers, uploads, and similar material (“Your Content”). You grant MindPair a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service, including sending it to processors described in our Privacy Policy.

MindPair is a thinking aid. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of what you enter and upload;
• Decisions you make after using a session or report;
• Not uploading secrets, others’ confidential data, or unlawful material; and
• Independent review before acting on any recommendation.

You may use MindPair only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes;
• Interfere with security, integrity, availability, or performance;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, payment, or fair-use controls;
• Access another person’s account or data without authorization;
• Attempt to extract model internals or systematically scrape the service; or
• Resell or provide MindPair to third parties except as we permit in writing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable law.

Use of the website and service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including the GDPR section for customers in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Interview content and files may be sent to OpenAI to generate questions, research summaries, and recommendations. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

MindPair and its licensors own the website, software, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of Your Content. Reports generated for you may be downloaded and used for your own purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse the MindPair platform itself except as allowed by law.

MindPair Pro is billed at $15 USD per month through Stripe, with no trial. A Single Session is a one-time $1.99 USD payment for one new guided reflection. You may also buy extra AI requests at $15 USD for 200 requests in the current billing month. You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. A purchased Single Session can be used to start one session and finish that report.

Fair-use limits apply so OpenAI and research costs remain sustainable. Unless we notify you of a change, those limits are 200 AI requests, 50 web searches, and 30 new discussions per billing month, plus 500 MB of storage. Purchased AI request packs increase the AI request limit for the current month only. Current usage is shown in billing settings.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe may collect a billing address and, where relevant, a VAT or tax ID so European checkout can be completed correctly. Single Session purchases are generally not refundable after the session has been started, except where required by consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. If you ask us to start a paid session or subscription immediately, you acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds that consumer law still requires will be honored.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, security events, or other circumstances. We may modify features for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDPAIR DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDPAIR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA. MINDPAIR’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MINDPAIR FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER THE LAW OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, unless a different forum is required by law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using MindPair and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or other users.
