MindPair stores the account data needed to operate the service: email, name, optional profile image, hashed passwords, OAuth account identifiers, session tokens, subscription status, usage counters, uploaded files, interview transcripts, and generated reports.

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Card numbers are collected by Stripe and are never stored by MindPair. OAuth access tokens are stored only as required by Auth.js.

Interview content and files may be sent to OpenAI to generate questions, research summaries, and recommendations. Do not upload secrets you cannot share with those processors.

When you delete your account we delete local uploads, associated OpenAI files and vector stores, sessions, and application data. Stripe customer and subscription identifiers may be retained where legally required for tax and accounting.
